Chapter 120 | The Case of one Who Gives Dirhams to Receive them in another City
3- مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ النُّعْمَانِ عَنْ أَبِي الصَّبَّاحِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ فِي الرَّجُلِ يَبْعَثُ بِمَالٍ إِلَى أَرْضٍ فَقَالَ الَّذِي يُرِيدُ أَنْ يَبْعَثَ بِهِ أَقْرِضْنِيهِ وَأَنَا أُوفِيكَ إِذَا قَدِمْتَ الأرْضَ قَالَ لا بَأْسَ.
3. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Ali ibn al-Nu’man from abu al-Sabbah who has said the following: “About the case of a man who wants to send goods to a land, if the one with whom he wants to send says, ‘Give this to me as a loan and I will pay you when you reach that land, abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘It is not unlawful.’”
