Chapter 23 | Man’s Defending Himself Against the Thief

2- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ﷺ إِنَّ اللهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ لَيَمْقُتُ الرَّجُلَ يَدْخُلُ عَلَيْهِ اللِّصُّ فِي بَيْتِهِ فَلا يُحَارِبُ.

2. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from al-Nawfaliy from al-Sakuniy who has said the following: “Abu ’Abd Allah , has said that Amir al-Mu’minin , has said, ‘Allah, the most Majestic, the most Glorious, hates a man who does not fight back the thief who has entered his house.’”
