Chapter 30 | A Man’s Finding Comfort in the House of His Brother (in belief)

عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ سَالِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ إِذَا أَتَاكَ أَخُوكَ فَأْتِهِ بِمَا عِنْدَكَ وَ إِذَا دَعَوْتَهُ فَتَكَلَّفْ لَهُ .

6. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hisham ibn Salim who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘If your brother (in belief) comes to you, then serve him with whatever you have, but if you invite him then you can act formally (as you like).”’
