Chapter 43 | Excellence of Dinner and Undesirability of Ignoring it
10. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Bakr ibn Salih from ibn Faddal from ‘Abd Allah ibn Ibrahim from Ah ibn abu Ah al-Lahbiy who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , once asked me, ‘What do your physicians say about dinner?’ I replied, ‘They prohibit taking dinner.’ He (the Imam) said, ‘I however, command you to take dinner.’”
