Chapter 47 | Mentioning the name of Allah and Tahmid (All Praise Belongs to Allah) over the Food

مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ فَضَّالٍ عَنِ ابْنِ بُكَيْرٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ زُرَارَةَ قَالَ أَكَلْتُ مَعَ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) طَعَاماً فَمَا أُحْصِي كَمْ مَرَّةً قَالَ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي جَعَلَنِي أَشْتَهِيهِ .

17. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn Faddal from ibn Bukayr from ‘Ubayd ibn Zurarah who has said the following: “I ate food with abu ‘Abd Allah , and I do not know how many times he (the Imam) said, ‘All praise belongs to Allah who has made me to have the appetite for food.’”
