The Sufficient (Vol 6) · Hadith 1224 (#Ḥadīth #2)

مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ سَالِمٍ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) عَنْ أَكْلِ لَحْمِ النِّيءِ فَقَالَ هَذَا طَعَامُ السِّبَاعِ .

2. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Ali ibn al-Hakam from Hisham ibn Salim who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah, Alayhi al-Salam, about eating fresh (raw) meat. He (the Imam) said, ‘It is the food of beasts.”’
