Chapter 66 | Mixed Dish

عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ يَعْقُوبَ قَالَ إِنَّ أَحَبَّ الطَّعَامِ كَانَ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) النَّارْبَاجَةُ .

5. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Muhammad ibn al-Walid from Yunus ibn Ya‘qub who has said the following: “He (the Imam) has said, ‘The most desirable food to the Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, was al-Nar Bajah (broth made of pomegranate).”’
