The Sufficient (Vol 6) · Hadith 1438 (#Ḥadīth #5)

عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ مَا مِنْ شَيْءٍ أُشَارَكُ فِيهِ أَبْغَضَ إِلَيَّ مِنَ الرُّمَّانِ وَ مَا مِنْ رُمَّانَةٍ إِلَّا وَ فِيهَا حَبَّةٌ مِنَ الْجَنَّةِ فَإِذَا أَكَلَهَا الْكَافِرُ بَعَثَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ إِلَيْهِ مَلَكاً فَانْتَزَعَهَا مِنْهُ .

5. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hammad ibn ‘Uthaman who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘Sharing of other things is not more hateful to me than sharing one pomegranate. In every pomegranate there is one grain from paradise, thus when an unbeliever eats it, Allah, most Majestic, most Glorious, sends an angel to remove it thereof.’”
