The Sufficient (Vol 6) · Hadith 1526 (#Ḥadīth #2)

عَنْهُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ نِعْمَ الْبَقْلَةُ السِّلْقُ .

2. It is narrated from the narrator of the previous Hadith from Muhammad ibn ‘Abd al-Hamid from Safwan ibn Yahya who has said the following: “Abu al-Hassan , has said, ‘The white beet is a very good vegetable.’”
