Chapter 132 | The Toothpick

عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ عَنْ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ لَا تَخَلَّلُوا بِعُودِ الرَّيْحَانِ وَ لَا بِقَضِيبِ الرُّمَّانِ فَإِنَّهُمَا يُهَيِّجَانِ عِرْقَ الْجُذَامِ .

8. Ali has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from Yunus ibn ‘Abd al-Rahman from those whom he has mentioned who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘If one uses reeds as toothpicks none of his wishes can come true for six days.’”
