Chapter 15 | The Wine Drinker

مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ فَضَّالٍ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِهِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ شَارِبُ الْخَمْرِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ يَأْتِي مُسْوَدّاً وَجْهُهُ مَائِلًا شِقُّهُ مُدْلَعاً لِسَانُهُ يُنَادِي الْعَطَشَ الْعَطَشَ .

8. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Fadl from certain persons of his people who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘On the Day of Judgment, the wine drinker will come with a black face, with his one-half bent and his tongue hanging out crying, “Thirsty, thirsty.’””
