Chapter 15 | The Wine Drinker

مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمِنْقَرِيِّ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي زِيَادٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ مَنْ شَرِبَ الْمُسْكِرَ وَ مَاتَ وَ فِي جَوْفِهِ مِنْهُ شَيْءٌ لَمْ يَتُبْ مِنْهُ بُعِثَ مِنْ قَبْرِهِ مُخَبَّلًا مَائِلًا شِدْقُهُ سَائِلًا لُعَابُهُ يَدْعُو بِالْوَيْلِ وَ الثُّبُورِ .

13. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Ali ibn al-Hakam from ’Isma‘il ibn Muhammad al-Minqariy from Yazid ibn abu Ziyad who has said the following: “Abu Ja‘far , has said, ‘If one drinks intoxicating liquor and dies when there is something of wine inside him because of which he has not repented, he will be raised from his grave confused, his mouth bent to one side, his saliva flowing and crying woes and destruction.’”
