2. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from al-‘Abbas ibn ‘Amir from abu Jamilah from Zayd al-Shahham who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said that the Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, has said, ‘A wine addict will meet Allah, most Majestic, most Glorious, as a worshipper of idols will do.’”
