Chapter 23 | Compulsion to Drink Wine as Medicine, in Thirst or in Fear (Taqiyah)
عَنْهُ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مَرْوَكِ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ عَنْ رَجُلٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ مَنِ اكْتَحَلَ بِمِيلٍ مِنْ مُسْكِرٍ كَحَلَهُ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ بِمِيلٍ مِنْ نَارٍ .
7. It is narrated from the narrator of the previous Hadith from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Marwak ibn ‘Ubayd from a man who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘If one uses intoxicating things as eye medicine with an applicator of medicine to the eye Allah, most Majestic, most Glorious, will apply as such with an applicator of fire.’”
