Chapter 28 | Al-Tila’ (The One-Third Juice (grape juice) that has Remained after the Evaporation of the other Two-Thirds)
9. Certain persons of our people have narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Abd al-Hamid from Sayf ibn ‘Amirah from Mansur from ibn abu Ya‘fur who has said the following: “If al-Tila’ is more than one-third even by one ritl (a certain unit of measurement) it then is unlawful.’”
Gradings are classical jarḥ-wa-taʿdīl, name-matched to a rijāl index (not individually re-verified).
