The Sufficient (Vol 6) · Hadith 1912 (#Ḥadīth #5)

عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ بُنْدَارَ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي نَصْرٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَرِيرٍ الْقُمِّيِّ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ الرِّضَا ( عليه السلام ) عَنِ الرِّيشِ أَ ذَكِيٌّ هُوَ فَقَالَ كَانَ أَبِي ( عليه السلام ) يَتَوَسَّدُ الرِّيشَ .

5. Ali ibn Muhammad ibn Bandar has narrated from Ahmad ibn abu ‘Abd Allah from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn abu Nasr from abu Jarir al-Qummiy who has said the following: “I once asked al-Rida’ , about feathers; if it is lawful. He (the Imam) said, ‘My father would use a pillow of feathers.’”
