The Sufficient (Vol 6) · Hadith 1959 (#Ḥadīth #1)

مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عُقْبَةَ عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ أَدْنَى الْإِسْرَافِ هِرَاقَةُ فَضْلِ الْإِنَاءِ وَ ابْتِذَالُ ثَوْبِ الصَّوْنِ وَ إِلْقَاءُ النَّوَى .

1. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Ali from Ali ibn ‘Uqbah from Ishaq ibn ‘Ammar who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , has made this pronouncement: ‘The least of squandering is throwing away the remaining water in a bowl, misuse of protective clothes and throwing away of nutlets.”’
