The Sufficient (Vol 6) · Hadith 2000 (#Ḥadīth #6)

عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ الْبَغْدَادِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ الضَّرِيرِ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ السَّرَّاجِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ إِدْمَانُ الْخُفِّ يَقِي مِيتَةَ السَّوْءِ .

6. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Muhammad ibn ‘Abd Allah from Ali al-Baghdadiy from abu al- Hassan al-Darir from abu Salmah al-Sarraj who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘Continuously wearing al-Khuff (half-boot) is protection against dying badly.’”
