Chapter 20 | The Tradition about Wearing al-Khuff (half-boot), al-Na‘l (Shoes) and Taking them off

مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ مِنَ السُّنَّةِ خَلْعُ الْخُفِّ الْيَسَارِ قَبْلَ الْيَمِينِ وَ لُبْسُ الْيَمِينِ قَبْلَ الْيَسَارِ .

1. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn Mahbub from abu Ayyub from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following: “Abu Ja‘far , has said, ‘It is of the noble tradition to take off al-Khuff (half-boot) first from the left foot before the right foot and wear it on the right foot before the left foot.”’
