Chapter 20 | The Tradition about Wearing al-Khuff (half-boot), al-Na‘l (Shoes) and Taking them off
عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ( عليه السلام ) أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَمْشِي فِي نَعْلٍ وَاحِدَةٍ وَ يُصْلِحُ الْأُخْرَى لَا يَرَى بِذَلِكَ بَأْساً .
6. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from al-Nawfaliy from al-Sakuniy who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said that Ali ibn al-Husayn , walked with one shoe while repairing the other one, and he did not consider it harmful.’”
