The Sufficient (Vol 6) · Hadith 2069 (#Ḥadīth #2)

عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( صلوات الله عليه ) إِذَا ظَهَرَتِ الْقَلَانِسُ الْمُتَرِّكَةُ ظَهَرَ الزِّنَا .

2. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from al-Nawfaliy from al-Sakuniy who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said that ’Amir al-Mu’minin has said, ‘When al-Matrakah (a certain kind of cape) becomes public, so also will become fornication.’”
