Chapter 32 | Dyeing Hairs with Henna
عَنْهُ عَنْ عُبْدُوسِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْبَغْدَادِيِّ رَفَعَهُ إِلَى أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ الْحِنَّاءُ يَذْهَبُ بِالسَّهَكِ وَ يَزِيدُ فِي مَاءِ الْوَجْهِ وَ يُطَيِّبُ النَّكْهَةَ وَ يُحَسِّنُ الْوَلَدَ .
5. It is narrated from the narrator of the previous Hadith from ‘Ubdus ibn Ibrahim al-Baghdadiy in a marfu‘ manner has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘Applying henna dispels bad odor, increases beauty of the face, sweetens the fragrance and beautifies the child.’”
