The Sufficient (Vol 6) · Hadith 2171 (#Ḥadīth #6)

عَنْهُ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ خَلَفِ بْنِ حَمَّادٍ عَمَّنْ ذَكَرَهُ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ الْكُحْلُ يُنْبِتُ الشَّعْرَ وَ يُحِدُّ الْبَصَرَ وَ يُعِينُ عَلَى طُولِ السُّجُودِ .

6. It is narrated from the narrator of the previous Hadith from his father from Khalaf ibn Hammad from those whom he has mentioned who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘Applying eye powder grows hairs, sharpens eyesight and helps to perform longer Sujud (prostrations).”’
