The Sufficient (Vol 6) · Hadith 2218 (#Ḥadīth #31)

عنه، عن إسماعيل بن مهران، عن محمد بن أبي حمزة، عن علي بن يقطين قال: قلت لابي الحسن عليه السلام: أقرء القرآن في الحمام وأنكح؟ قال: لا بأس.

31. It is narrated from the narrator of the previous Hadith from Isma‘il ibn Mehran from Muhammad ibn Abu Hamzah from Ali ibn Yaqtin who has said the following: “I once asked Abu al-Hassan ‘Can I read Quran in a bathhouse and have intercourse (in the bathhouse)?’ He (the Imam ) replied, ‘It is not harmful.’”
