The Sufficient (Vol 6) · Hadith 2267 (#Ḥadīth #8)

عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ مُوسَى قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبِي يَقُولُ الْعِطْرُ مِنْ سُنَنِ الْمُرْسَلِينَ .

8. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn abu ’Abd Allah from Muhammad ibn Ali from al-‘Abbas ibn Musa who has said the following: I heard my father , saying, ‘Al-‘Atr (perfume) is of the Sunnah of the messengers (of Allah).”’
