The Sufficient (Vol 6) · Hadith 2287 (#Ḥadīth #2)

عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي الْبَخْتَرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) كَانَ يَتَطَيَّبُ بِالْمِسْكِ حَتَّى يُرَى وَبِيصُهُ فِي مَفَارِقِهِ .

2. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn abu ‘ Abd Allah from his father from abu al-Bakhtariy who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said that the Messenger of Allah, O Allah grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to your cause, would use musk and its marks could be found on his joints.’”
