Chapter 3 | People Do not Remain Straight in Matters of Divorce without the Sword
2. It is narrated from the narrator of the previous Hadith from ‘Abd Allah ibn Jabalah from abu al-Mighra’, from Sama‘ah from abu Basir who has said the following: “Abu Ja’far , has said, ‘Were I to govern the people I would teach them how to divorce, thereafter I would make the back of the violators painful. Those who divorce against the Sunnah must be returned to the book of Allah, most Majestic, most Glorious, despite their opposing.’”
