Chapter 4 | The Divorces Not According to the Book and Sunnah
عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي نَصْرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ الصَّيْرَفِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ كُلُّ شَيْءٍ خَالَفَ كِتَابَ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ رُدَّ إِلَى كِتَابِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ وَ السُّنَّةِ .
2. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn abu Nasr from ‘Abd al-Karim from ‘Abd Allah ibn Sulayman al-Sayrafiy who has said the following: “Abu Ja‘far , has said, ‘Whatever is not according to the book of Allah, most Majestic, most Glorious, is returned to the book of Allah, most Majestic, most Glorious, and al -Sunnah.’”
