Chapter 1 | The Relation between a Stumper and the Rider

عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَمَاعَةَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مَرْوَانَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ مِنْ سَعَادَةِ الْمُؤْمِنِ دَابَّةٌ يَرْكَبُهَا فِي حَوَائِجِهِ وَ يَقْضِي عَلَيْهَا حُقُوقَ إِخْوَانِهِ .

7. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from Muhammad ibn Sama‘ah from Muhammad ibn Marwan who has said the following: “It is of the good fortune of a believing person to have a stumper that he can ride to meet his own needs and the needs of his brothers (in belief).”’
