Chapter 4 | The Divorces Not According to the Book and Sunnah
حُمَيْدُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ جَبَلَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الْمَغْرَاءِ عَنْ سَمَاعَةَ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ مَنْ طَلَّقَ لِغَيْرِ السُّنَّةِ رُدَّ إِلَى كِتَابِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ وَ إِنْ رَغِمَ أَنْفُهُ .
4. Humayd ibn Ziyad has narrated from al-Hassan ibn Muhammad from ‘Abd Allah ibn Jabalah from abu al=Mighra’ from Sama‘ah from abu Basir who has said the following: “Abu Ja‘far , has said, ‘One who does not divorce according to Sunnah must be returned to the book of Allah, most Majestic, most Glorious, even though he may refuse.’”
