Chapter 4 | The Divorces Not According to the Book and Sunnah

6. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn abu Nasr from ‘Abd al-Karim from al-Halabiy who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah , about the case of a man who divorces his wife during her experiencing Hayd (menses). He (the Imam) said, ‘It is a divorce which is not according to Sunnah.”’
