Chapter 4 | The Divorces Not According to the Book and Sunnah

مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ بَزِيعٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْفُضَيْلِ عَنْ أَبِي الصَّبَّاحِ الْكِنَانِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ مَنْ طَلَّقَ بِغَيْرِ شُهُودٍ فَلَيْسَ بِشَيْءٍ .

13. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Muhammad ibn ’Isma‘il ibn Bazi‘ from Muhammad ibn al- Fudayl from abu al-Sabbah al-Kinaniy who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘If one divorces his wife without witnesses it does not become of any valid effect.’”
