The Sufficient (Vol 6) · Hadith 282 (#Ḥadīth #2)

عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ جَمِيلٍ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَحَدِهِمَا ( عليهما السلام ) قَالَ سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الَّذِي يُطَلِّقُ فِي حَالِ طُهْرٍ فِي مَجْلِسٍ ثَلَاثاً قَالَ هِيَ وَاحِدَةٌ .

2. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu ‘ Umayr from Jamil from Zurarah who has said the following: “I once asked one of the two Imam, (abu Ja‘far or abu ‘Abd Allah) , about the case of a man who divorces his wife in a Hayd (menses)-free period in one place and time three times. He (the Imam) said, ‘It is one.’”
