Chapter 14 | Revocation of Divorce without Going to Bed is not Valid
عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ وَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَصْرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ الْمُرَاجَعَةُ هِيَ الْجِمَاعُ وَ إِلَّا فَإِنَّمَا هِيَ وَاحِدَةٌ .
1. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad and Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated, from his father from ibn abu Nasr from ‘Abd al-Karim from abu Basir who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘Going back to one’s wife is to go to bed with her, otherwise, it is counted as one divorce.”’
