Chapter 14 | Revocation of Divorce without Going to Bed is not Valid
حُمَيْدُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ عَنِ ابْنِ سَمَاعَةَ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ عَنِ ابْنِ مُسْكَانَ عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ الرَّجْعَةُ الْجِمَاعُ وَ إِلَّا فَإِنَّمَا هِيَ وَاحِدَةٌ .
5. Humayd ibn Ziyad has narrated from ibn Sama‘ah from Safwan from ibn Muskan from Ishaq ibn ‘Ammar who has said the following: “Abu al-Hassan , has said, ‘Going back is going to bed with her, otherwise, it is only one divorce.’”
