The Sufficient (Vol 6) · Hadith 329 (#Ḥadīth #2)

مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ بَزِيعٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْفُضَيْلِ عَنْ أَبِي الصَّبَّاحِ الْكِنَانِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ طَلَاقُ الْحَامِلِ وَاحِدَةٌ وَ عِدَّتُهَا أَقْرَبُ الْأَجَلَيْنِ .

2. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn ’Isma‘il ibn Bazi‘ from Muhammad ibn al-Fudayl from abu al- Sabbah al-Kinaniy who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘Divorce of a pregnant woman is once and her waiting period is the closest of the two periods, (that is, childbirth or three months).’”
