Chapter 24 | Divorce of One who is not Mature yet and Divorce of One after Menopause

عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَمَّنْ رَوَاهُ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) فِي الصَّبِيَّةِ الَّتِي لَا تَحِيضُ مِثْلُهَا وَ الَّتِي قَدْ يَئِسَتْ مِنَ الْمَحِيضِ قَالَ لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِمَا عِدَّةٌ وَ إِنْ دُخِلَ بِهِمَا .

2. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn Mahbub from Hammad ibn ‘Uthman from the one who narrated to him who has said the following: “About the case of a girl whose likes do not experience Hayd (menses) and a woman after menopause abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘They do not need to count waiting period even if he has gone to bed with them.”’
