Chapter 28 | Waiting Period for a Divorced Woman and Where She must have it
مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْفُضَيْلِ عَنْ أَبِي الصَّبَّاحِ الْكِنَانِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ تَعْتَدُّ الْمُطَلَّقَةُ فِي بَيْتِهَا وَ لَا يَنْبَغِي لِزَوْجِهَا إِخْرَاجُهَا وَ لَا تَخْرُجُ هِيَ .
6. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Muhammad ibn ’Isma‘il from Muhammad ibn al-Fudayl from abu al-Sabbah al-Kinaniy who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘A divorced woman completes her waiting period in her home and it is not proper for her husband to send her out and she also must not go out.’”
