Chapter 28 | Waiting Period for a Divorced Woman and Where She must have it

7. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from ibn abu Nasr from ‘Asem ibn Hamid from Muhammad ibn Qays who has said the following: “Abu Ja‘far , has said, ‘A woman who is divorced and her husband has the right to go back to her, can beautify herself before her husband and he does not need to ask permission to go to her.’”
