Chapter 35 | The Word of Women are Accepted in Matters of Hayd (menses)
عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ جَمِيلٍ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ الْعِدَّةُ وَ الْحَيْضُ لِلنِّسَاءِ إِذَا ادَّعَتْ صُدِّقَتْ .
1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Jamil from Zurarah who has said the following: “Abu Ja‘far , has said, ‘Waiting period and Hayd (menses) are for women. If they say something about it their words are accepted.”’
