Chapter 51 | Divorce of Children

حُمَيْدُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ عَنِ ابْنِ سَمَاعَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ جَبَلَةَ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ لَا يَجُوزُ طَلَاقُ الصَّبِيِّ وَ لَا السَّكْرَانِ .

3. Humayd ibn Ziyad has narrated from ibn Sama‘ah ‘Abd Allah ibn Jabalah from Ali ibn abu Hamzah from abu Basir who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘Divorce by a child and one who is drunk do not have any valid effect.’”
