Chapter 8 | Discipline to Follow During Childbirth
مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ جَابِرٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ كَانَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ ( عليه السلام ) إِذَا حَضَرَتْ وِلَادَةُ الْمَرْأَةِ قَالَ أَخْرِجُوا مَنْ فِي الْبَيْتِ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ لَا يَكُونُ أَوَّلَ نَاظِرٍ إِلَى عَوْرَةٍ .
1. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from ‘Abd Allah ibn Muhammad from his father from ‘Abd Allah ibn al-Mughirah from ibn Muskan from Jabir who has said the following: “At the time of the birth of a child, Ali ibn al-Husayn , would say, ’Send all women out of the house; they must not be the first to look at the privacy [genitals].
