Chapter 65 | Waiting Period for al-KhuP and al-Mubarat (disavowing), the Maintenance and Housing for such Women
عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي نَصْرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ عِدَّةُ الْمُخْتَلِعَةِ مِثْلُ عِدَّةِ الْمُطَلَّقَةِ وَ خُلْعُهَا طَلَاقُهَا .
1. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn abu Nasr from ‘Abd al-Karim from ibn abu Nasr who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said that waiting period for al-Khul‘ is like the waiting period for divorced woman and al-Khul‘ is her divorce.’”
