Chapter 73 | Al-Zihar

عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ بُكَيْرٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ لَا طَلَاقَ إِلَّا مَا أُرِيدَ بِهِ الطَّلَاقُ وَ لَا ظِهَارَ إِلَّا مَا أُرِيدُ بِهِ الظِّهَارُ .

2. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from ibn Bukayr from ‘Ubayd ibn Zurarah who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ’Divorce is not a divorce unless it is intended to be a divorce, and Zihar is not Zihar unless it is intended to be so.’”
