The Sufficient (Vol 6) · Hadith 672 (#Ḥadīth #9)

عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنِ الْحَلَبِيِّ وَ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) فِي رَجُلٍ قَذَفَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَ هِيَ خَرْسَاءُ قَالَ يُفَرَّقُ بَيْنَهُمَا .

9. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hammad from al-Halabiy from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following: “About the case of a man who goes through the process of al-Li‘an (condemnation) against his wife who is speechless, abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘They must be separated from each other.”’
