The Sufficient (Vol 6) · Hadith 683 (#Ḥadīth #20)

عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَصْرٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَمِيلَةَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مَرْوَانَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) فِي الْمَرْأَةِ الْخَرْسَاءِ كَيْفَ يُلَاعِنُهَا زَوْجُهَا قَالَ يُفَرَّقُ بَيْنَهُمَا وَ لَا تَحِلُّ لَهُ أَبَداً .

20. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu Nasr from abu Jamifah from Muhammad ibn Marwan who has said the following: “About the case of a woman who is speechless and about how can he go through the process of al- Li‘an (condemnation) against her, abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘They must be separated from each other and she is not lawful for him in marriage forever.’”
