The Sufficient (Vol 6) · Hadith 766 (#Ḥadīth #13)

الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْوَشَّاءِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) يَقُولُ لَا بَأْسَ بِالسَّمَكِ الَّذِي يَصِيدُهُ الْمَجُوسِيُّ .

13. Al-Husayn from Muhammad has narrated from Mu‘alla’ ibn Muhammad from al-Washsha’ from ‘Abd Allah ibn Sinan who has said the following: “I once heard abu ‘Abd Allah , saying, ‘It is not unlawful to use for food the fish which is caught by Zoroastrians.’”
