The Sufficient (Vol 6) · Hadith 789 (#Ḥadīth #2)

عَنْهُ عَنِ ابْنِ فَضَّالٍ عَنِ ابْنِ بُكَيْرٍ عَمَّنْ رَوَاهُ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ إِذَا مَلَكَ الطَّائِرُ جَنَاحَهُ فَهُوَ لِمَنْ أَخَذَهُ .

2. It is narrated from the narrator of the previous Hadith from ibn Faddal from ibn Bukayr from those who narrated to him who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘If a bird has full control over its wings (is able to fly) it then belongs to whoever catches it . 555
