The Sufficient (Vol 6) · Hadith 792 (#Ḥadīth #5)

عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( عليه السلام ) إِنَّ الطَّيْرَ إِذَا مَلَكَ جَنَاحَيْهِ فَهُوَ صَيْدٌ وَ هُوَ حَلَالٌ لِمَنْ أَخَذَهُ .

5. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from al-Nawfaliy from al-Sakuniy who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said that ’Amir al-Mu 5 minin has said, ‘The birds which have full control over their wings, belong to whoever catches them and they are lawful for them . 555
