Chapter 14 | The Case of Animal Slaughtered by Children, Women and a Blind Person
الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْوَشَّاءِ عَنْ أَبَانِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) إِذَا بَلَغَ الصَّبِيُّ خَمْسَةَ أَشْبَارٍ أُكِلَتْ ذَبِيحَتُهُ .
8. Al-Husayn from Muhammad has narrated from Mu‘alla’ ibn Muhammad from al-Washsha’ from Aban ibn ‘Uthman from ‘Abd al- Rahman ibn abu ‘Abd Allah who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘When a child grows five Ashbar (span of the hand) it is not unlawful to use for food what he has slaughtered.’”
